Sales and Cancellation

 

All sales are final. There is no refund, exchange, or cancellation once ticket(s) are sold. 

 

No refunds will be given for any reason other than a cancellation of the event or failure to deliver valid tickets.

​

If your tickets are canceled at the stadium due to a positive Covid test, then we will return all funds except a nominal booking fee charged by our credit/debit card payment provider usually around 3.5-4.5% + vat 7%.

​

This policy is necessary because of our status as a live marketplace and selling Event Tickets. The Event Organizer or/and Stadium Owner reserves the right to refuse entry or remove from the stadium without refund or compensation for anyone whose conduct is disorderly or unsuitable or spoils the enjoyment of others.

Stadium Ticket holders will assume all risk of injury and all liability for property loss, destruction or theft and release the promoters, performers, sponsors, ticket outlets, venues, and their employees from any liability thereafter.

If ACB Tickets (pattayamuaythaitickets.com) fails to deliver any ticket contracted for the event purchased, then ACB Tickets' sole obligation or liability shall be limited to refunding the buyer any payment made to ACB Tickets under this Agreement.

Muay Thai Stadium reserves the right to cancel and refund the buyer's order at any time for any reason.

Personal Data We Collect and Process
